Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Pricevo ("we", "us", "our"), operated by LEFRANCOIS Alexis, registered in France.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Pricevo platform at pricevo.com (the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to these Terms in full.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Description of Service
Pricevo is a B2B SaaS platform providing used vehicle market valuation and pricing intelligence for professional used car dealers, importers, and automotive resellers in France, Germany, and other European markets.
The Service includes:
- Market price analysis based on aggregated listing data
- Percentile-based pricing thresholds (P10–P90, buy/avoid signals)
- Cross-border arbitrage opportunities
- Search history and deal tracking
- Access to a database of vehicle listings updated weekly
Pricevo is designed exclusively for professional use. The information provided is for decision-support purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice.
Account & Access
Account Creation
To access the Service, you must create an account using a valid professional email address and password, or via supported OAuth providers. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@pricevo.io if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
One Account Per User
Each subscription covers one user account. Sharing credentials or concurrent logins from multiple devices are prohibited unless explicitly permitted by your plan.
Beta Access
During the private beta phase, access is by invitation only. Beta users may experience limitations, interruptions, or changes to features without prior notice. Beta access may be revoked at our sole discretion.
Subscriptions & Billing
Plans
Pricevo is offered on a subscription basis with the following plans (prices exclusive of applicable VAT):
- Pro — €39/month
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and applicable EU VAT on our behalf. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary date of your initial subscription. All charges are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice via email. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
VAT
Applicable VAT is calculated and collected by Paddle based on your billing location. For EU businesses with a valid VAT number, reverse charge may apply.
Acceptable Use
Permitted Use
You may use the Service solely for your internal professional purposes as a used vehicle dealer, importer, or automotive reseller.
Prohibited Actions
You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service or its data
- Scrape, extract, or download data in bulk from the platform by automated means
- Use the Service to build a competing product or aggregator
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the underlying infrastructure
- Share your account credentials with third parties
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation or fraud
- Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful code
- Circumvent any technical limitations or access controls
Data & Accuracy
Data Sources
Pricevo aggregates pricing data from publicly available automotive listing platforms. We do not guarantee completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of the underlying listing data.
No Guarantee of Results
Market valuations, pricing signals, and deal scores are statistical estimates based on available data. They are provided for informational purposes only. Pricevo does not guarantee that any vehicle can be purchased or sold at the suggested price.
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any purchasing, selling, or trading decisions you make based on information provided by the Service. We strongly recommend independent verification before any significant transaction.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, design, and trademarks comprising the Pricevo platform are the exclusive property of LEFRANCOIS Alexis or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, or feature requests you provide may be used by us freely without compensation or attribution.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pricevo and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Decisions made in reliance on data or pricing signals provided by the Service
- Service interruptions, data inaccuracies, or third-party platform changes
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Termination
Termination by You
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days unless required by applicable law.
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we reasonably believe continued access poses a risk.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases immediately. We may retain anonymised usage data for analytical purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions under your country of residence shall continue to apply to the extent they are more favourable than French law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
